The vision for Gigi's Parlor came to Gigi while on vacation in Myrtle Beach, SC. During her vacation she was introduced to a sweet icy treat known as water ice, the very thing that changed the course of her life. Unfortunately, when Gigi returned home to Charlotte, NC she was unable to find many retail vendors who sold water ice. A quick search on the Internet pointed her in the direction of a local whole sale vendor who sales water ice. Gigi wanted to share the small piece of paradise that she experienced while on vacation with as many people as possible.
