Contractors create a live Driver Qualification file, operating as their own boss, while Motor Carriers post available runs on the site. Contractors apply for the runs or Motor Carriers can simply search the many available driver profiles themselves. All of this can be done using a smart phone. Motor carriers can now choose, from their desktop, drivers in their area to make quick, responsible decisions. They can preview their driver qualification file, and if the match is made, start them tomorrow. Once a match between Motor Carrier and Independent Driver is made, the driver completes the run and is paid by the motor carrier after simply pressing a button on their smart phone. Drivers can work when they want, where they want and for whomever they want.
