Join Julie Harrison, fitness and health coach, and Charlotte Walters, physical therapist and functional nutrition coach as we focus on a total body workout and the important connection between your nutrition and happy joints.

Did you know there is a direct correlation between joint pain, muscle recovery, energy and what you eat? Come learn some simple tips you can incorporate in your diet to keep enjoying your activities...with pain!
