At haw creek commons ~ 315 old haw creek rd, Asheville, NC

6:30 pm / 6:15 warm-up

I have been part of other men’s groups for the past 2 years and because of the great benefits, I have received I want to offer this to other men as well.

My vision is to create spaces so others can feel, heal and integrate through the magic of dance. Dancing is medicine.

The mind might think one thing the body knows something different.

The mind doesn't know
Other people don't know
Your body knows.
Dance feel heal sweat transform celebrate

This is an azul-conscious dance class, azul is a movement meditation that includes guidance bringing you into the body while in motion.

In Azul we practice listening to the body, allowing it to move, being open to new possibilities to emerge, and moving towards what life is asking of us now.

No prior experience is necessary - all men are welcome.

$20 exchange - or name your price ~ no one turned away for lack of funds.

Come join a space where you can be and express all of you, be the real you, and the full authentic you with no distractions. It is powerful for man to gather with just another man.

See you on the dance floor

With love -

Jake Frankel - certified azul teacher
