Event Details
Join Butchers Bessie Smith and Matt Helms as they demonstrate a pork break down, discussing the various cuts and cooking techniques as they go. Then the POLKA music starts! They'll teach you all you need to know about fresh AND smoked sausages! This will be a HANDS ON course allowing you to learn the techniques so YOU can make your OWN sausages at home!
You'll get to enjoy some of our sausages, along with some charcuterie PLUS we will have a special beer pairing to learn about different types of beer that go nicely with our sausage.
Each participant will have the opportunity to take home some sausages as well!
